Butterfleye Collection no 6.

This unique 3D collection is made from magazines from the 1940s to 1960s. The images are mounted on black cardboard, cut into butterfly shapes, and coated with a satin-finish UV protective lacquer. Can you spot familiar characters in the eyes? Perhaps Elizabeth Taylor or Elvis Presley? All the images are sourced from authentic vintage magazines that I collect from around the world.

Folded butterflies are glued to the base and pinned with insect needles into a genuine maple wood insect box. The artwork can be hung on the wall.
